Hospitality Team Member (FTC)
Hospitality Team Member will be an integral part of our service team, contributing to the overall guest experience. This role requires a customer-focused approach, strong communication skills.
Customer Service
Greet guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
Anticipate and address guest needs to ensure a positive experience.
Food and Beverage Service
Take food and beverage orders, ensuring accuracy and attention to special requests.
Serve meals and beverages to guests in a timely and courteous manner.
Clear tables and maintain a clean and organized dining area.
Cleaning and Maintenance
Perform regular inspections of the facilities and surrounding areas for cleanliness and safety.
Report any maintenance issues to the appropriate personnel.
Equipment Management
Set up and arrange furniture and umbrellas.
Collaboration with Other Departments
Collaborate with kitchen staff to relay guest preferences and dietary restrictions.
Work as a team to ensure a seamless and enjoyable guest experience.
Event Support
Assist in the setup and breakdown of events and functions.
Coordinate with event planners to meet guest requirements.
Provide support during special events and promotions.
Cash Handling:
Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
Process payments, issue receipts, and reconcile cash drawers.
Any other duties as necessary to meet the needs of the Company.
Skills Required:
Experience in a customer service or hospitality.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Basic knowledge of cash handling procedures.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
