Experience Team Member
The Experience Team Member plays a vital frontline operational role, working under the direction and supervision of the Experience Manager (or General Manager). This role carries no management or supervisory responsibilities and is focused on executing delegated daily tasks, guest reception, administrative processing, and frontline owner support.
Duties will include:
Execution of Operational Tasks:
Carry out daily work schedules and delegated tasks assigned by the Experience Manager or General Manager.
Support guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently, ensuring accurate booking processing.
Greet guests warmly, deliver front-of-house service, and handle routine daily inquiries.
Owner and Contractor Support:
Assist owners with routine administrative tasks, warranty work follow-ups, aftersales queries, and compliance testing schedules (gas/electric) under managerial guidance.
Act as the daily operational point of contact for external contractors regarding owner and accommodation works.
Support the hosting and setup of owner events and park activities as directed by management.
Administration and Housekeeping Coordination:
Liaise directly with cleaners and linen providers on a daily basis to ensure holiday accommodation is prepped for arrivals.
Assist the park and accounts teams with processing purchase orders, raising receipts, and logging invoices.
Maintain accurate booking records, answer incoming phone calls, and manage routine office administration.
Skills Required:
Ability to take direction well, execute delegated tasks, and work as part of a team.
Excellent customer service and frontline communication skills.
Strong organisational and administrative multitasking abilities.
Qualifications/Experience:
Relevant customer-facing experience within hospitality, customer service, or tourism preferred.
